Is our members' information safe?
Privacy is part of the strategy, not an afterthought. We help you decide what should never enter an AI tool — prayer requests, pastoral care conversations, financial and children's information — and we design systems with human oversight and clear guidelines around what is and is not appropriate.
Will this replace our staff or volunteers?
No. The goal is to remove unnecessary work from the people doing ministry, not to remove people from ministry. AI should never replace prayer, pastoral care, biblical discernment, human connection, or spiritual leadership.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on scope. A single focused system — visitor follow-up or sermon-to-content, for example — moves quickly. Church-wide implementation runs across multiple departments and includes training and governance, so it is planned in phases.
Our church is small. Is this still for us?
Yes. Smaller teams often feel repetitive work the most because fewer people carry it. We start with one problem rather than transforming everything at once.
Is using AI theologically appropriate for a church?
The better question is how to steward the technology wisely. Just because AI can do something doesn't mean your church should use it to do it. Discernment belongs in the strategy, and we help your leadership set those boundaries explicitly.
